Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Industrial Fittings Now. We stand behind the quality of our industrial electrical supplies, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please review our return policy below.

Standard Return Policy You have 30 days from the date of your original order to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was placed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Restocking Fee Please note that all returned items are subject to a 23% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and returning the items to our active inventory. The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount.

Return Shipping the buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refunded amount. 

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund (minus the 23% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 10 days.
